Catherine Bracegirdle offers piano and music theory lessons in Christchurch, New Zealand. She is located within easy reach of Sumner, Scarborough, Redcliffs, Ferrymead, Mount Pleasant, Woolston, St Martins, Hillsborough and Heathcote Valley.
Catherine offers lessons in preparation for practical and theory examinations within the ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall curricula, and also welcomes non-examination students.
Over the last 30 years I have taught a wide range of students, from beginners to advanced, and from 5 to 88 years old. I aim to help students acquire the skills to enable them to have a lifelong interest in music.
Students receive 40 individual lessons per calendar year, divided into four terms. These lessons can commence at any time throughout the year, and vary in length from 40 to 60 minutes depending on the level of the student.
I offer lessons on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. These are typically held during the school term.
